Miles Bradley
8 years running charters out of Perth
Speaks en
I grew up fishing the Perth metro from a tinny with my old man. Started running charters commercially in 2018 after eight years on other people's boats. Reef fishing is what I know inside out. The pelagic season off the Rottnest Trench is what I live for. Every trip has me on the flybridge or at the wheel.
Trips offered
Gear and what to bring
All gear is provided, including rods, reels, tackle, bait, and ice. Customers are welcome to bring their own rods and gear if they prefer. The fleet mostly runs Shimano Saragosas with a few larger overheads available for trolling.
What to expect
Trips include all gear, bait, ice, water, soft drinks, and fish filleting on the way home. Salt Country has an air-con cabin for anyone wanting to get out of the sun or wind. Food can be arranged through a local caterer at cost pass-through. Alcohol is BYO. If anyone is prone to seasickness, taking Kwells the night before is recommended, along with avoiding a big breakfast and bringing hats and sunglasses. The captain shares final details and a weather check in the days leading up to the trip.
